On 16 May 2023, a total of seven officers attended the Basic Training Bomb Calorimeter, IKA brand, model C 2000. The training was held at the Animal Production Laboratory, ITAFoS Central Laboratory and was delivered by a representative of IKA Works (ASIA) Sdn Bhd.

The training organized by the ITAFoS Accreditation Committee and the Animal Production Laboratory is intended to provide basic knowledge about equipment and how to use it correctly to the participants. This training is necessary to ensure that the user can operate the equipment correctly so that the results of the analysis are accurate and can also extend the lifespan of the equipment.

All participants were satisfied with the content of the training and were able to directly improve their understanding and skills in operating the equipment.
