Laboratory of Bacteriological Food Safety

Laboratory of Bacteriology is one of the laboratories under the governance of the Laboratory of Food Safety and Food Integrity (FOSFI).It is located in the Central Laboratory, ITAFoS, UPM(near the School of Graduate Studies).. This laboratory is headed by  Dr. Noor Azira Abd Mutalib.

Among the  research  conducted in this laboratory are related to Microbiology, Food Hygiene and Sanitation, Sensor Technology, as well as Food Safety (Microbiology and Chemistry).

Among the equipment available in the laboratory research are:

  9. Analytical Balance
