Industry Engagement

ITAFoS is interested in collaborating with all types of industries. However, only some types of industries will be considered in the UPM KPI report. Among the types of industries that will be considered in the annual KPI calculation are as follows;

1. Private companies
   - Government Link Company (GLC)
   - Public Listed Company (PLC)
   - Multi National Company (MNC)
   - Small and Medium Enterprice (SME)
   
   
2. Goverment agencies (Ministry, Department and etc.)
   
   
3. Non-Government Organisation (association, organization and etc)

Notes:

1. All Universities or Study Institutions whether in or outside the country will not be taken into account in the KPI.

2. There are Centers/ Institutions/ Offices owned by NGOs/ Private/ Government but located in the University are defined as Industry (example: Asian Fisheries Society at UIPM, IRRI at UPLB)
