A total of 12 Internal Auditors and 6 Observer Internal Auditors, led by Dr. Suryati Muhamad Alinafiah from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences UPM, were involved in the audit, which covered management, core services, and support scopes.
In addition to assessing compliance with standards, procedures, work instructions, and guidelines, the audit also aimed to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure readiness for the SIRIM Surveillance Audit II.
Several audit findings were identified as part of continuous improvement efforts to further strengthen the effectiveness of the ITAFoS quality management system and ensure work processes are implemented more efficiently and systematically.
